Prayer Brings Increased Spiritual Strength—
Those who seek God in secret telling the Lord their needs and pleading for help, will not plead in vain.
There will be a growing intelligence in prayer.
We are receiving a divine education, and this is illustrated in a life of diligence and zeal.(egw Pr. 82.1)
God has called each and every one of us to pray! Christians are called to have a lifestyle of prayer.
In Ephesians 6:18 Paul says, “Pray at all times—on every occasion, in every season—in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty”
We often think of prayer as a means of calling upon our heavenly butler, saying, “Give me this. I need that. I want this.” Or we think of prayer as calling upon our heavenly lifeguard. “Lord, I’m drowning. Help me! Save me!” But this isn’t how we should pray.
Prayer should be something we do on a continual basis, not just when we want something or are in trouble.
In fact, it should be as automatic to us as breathing.

Prayer is our spiritual oxygen, and just as oxygen is vital to our natural life, so prayer is vital to our spiritual life. We need to pray regularly and continually in order to live as God intended.
Philippians 4:6 – Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
John 15:7 – If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
Mark 11:24 – Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
1 Thessalonians 5:17 – Pray without ceasing.
Inhale, exhale…that’s what we need early morning a breathing exercise, in our spiritual walk we need to do an exercise a prayer life with unwavering faith.
Remember that we won’t survive in a day without a prayer.
Psalm 86:3,6-7 KJV
Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily. [6] Give ear, O Lord, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications. [7] In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.
Let’s pray unceasingly
There will be times when self gets in the way and the devil’s pull is strong, so ask God to give you victory over temptation and for courage to make the right decisions. Pray for guidance as David did in
Psalm 119:33 KJV
Teach me, O Lord, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.

Strength and grace can be found in prayer. Sincere love is to be the ruling principle of the heart.—(The Adventist Home, 127.)
We have no time to lose let us be sober and vigilant for the coming of Christ draweth nigh.
Have a great morning everyone 🙏🙏🙏
