Connecting With Jesus

JESUS OUR PRESENT HELP IN OUR TIME OF NEED.


In our journey everyday we may experience heartaches, betrayal, hardships, different dilemmas and struggles but let us be reminded that all the trials are Blessings in disguise to develop our character and to be transformed into a Christ-like character.
Remember, We have a great helper, Jesus our present help in our time of need.

Psalm 46:1 KJV
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

God permits trials and tribulations for reasons and purposes and for certain that’s for our learning curve.

1 Peter 4:12-13 KJV
Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: [13] But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

We’re bent with many trials and hardness of life but we’re not broken.

2 Corinthians 4:8-9 KJV
We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; [9] Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;

Let us recall Job’s wife, she had experienced traumatic events

1. All her property and possessions vanished in an instant

2. Her children all died on the same day

3. Her husband is plagued with an illness from head to toe

4. She is the sole survivor. Nothing has happed to her

She questions Job; do you still hold onto your integrity?

Job 2:9-10 KJV
Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die. [10] But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips.

Remember you don’t need to fight the battle alone or any tragedies make Jesus as your partner everyday. Walk with Him daily.
