ARMAGEDDON

Armageddon- is a spiritual battle between the forces of good and evil

The battle of Armageddon will be fought. And that day must find none of us sleeping. Wide awake we must be, as wise virgins having oil in our vessels with our lamps. The power of the Holy Ghost must be upon us and the Captain of the Lord’s host will stand at the head of the angels of heaven to direct the battle.

One Fierce Last Struggle—Deceptions
delusions, impostures will increase. The cries will come in from every quarter, “Lo, here is Christ! Lo, there is Christ!” “But,” said Christ, “Go ye not … after them” (Luke 21:8). There will be one fierce struggle before the man of sin shall be disclosed to this world—who he is and what has been his work. – {3SM 426.2}

When we say Armageddon that’s the last battle we are going to be fought

👉The battle of the great day of God almighty

Revelation 16:14-16 KJV
[14] For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. [15] Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. [16] And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

The last battle to be fought in this world
– forces to be fought between the righteous and the wicked

👉 God’s people being persecuted, their lives will be threatened

Har- meaning mountain
Megiddon- meaning slaughter

Armageddon means a mountain of slaughter

[11] And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. [12] His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. [13] And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. [14] And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. [15] And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. [16] And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS .

Battle of Armageddon Soon to Be Fought—

There are only two parties in our world,

👉 those who are loyal to God, and
👉those who stand under the banner of the prince of darkness.


*Conclusion:*

We’re all involved in this Great War whether you like it or not, the forces between good and evil so we must have to decide what you want to do now we have to decide everyday are we in the winning side or the side of the enemy?

If you want to be a winner you must put yourselves in the side of Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 6:10-17 KJV
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. [11] Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. [12] For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
