We are told in the scripture,

Hebrews 13:5 Niv
5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,

“Never will I leave you;
never will I forsake you.”

When we live a life with total submission to the Lord.
We can manage our income very well well.

Return the tithes and offering,
Set your budget,
Track your spending,
Save before spending,
and we can share our blessings.
So we can shine our lights as God commanded us to do.
