Prayers alone can not change situations. Only prayers with righteousness can fully change situations. (James 5:16) says that the prayer of a righteous man avails much.
Prayers from a wicked heart is an abomination before God (Proverbs 15:8) If you want your prayers to be potent, remove iniquities and wickedness from your life and come to God by faith and grace and you will receive result.
The only prayer by the wicked that is accepted by God is the prayer of repentance. Stop deceiving yourself with long fast and prayers in the midst of your intentional iniquities.
Consider your ways. Jesus loves you and want to answer your prayers.
