A good question to ask yourself is: what kind of advice do I give to others that I need to follow myself? Sometimes advising others is more easier than advising ourselves. The problem is not about what you tell people to do but what you do. You can’t advice others to be righteous, holy, God fearing, faithful… but you do the opposite. Titus 2:7 says: and you yourself must be an example to them by doing good works of every kind. Let everything you do reflect the integrity and seriousness of your teaching (NLT). A good and wise leader will always teach his followers to do what he does. My prayer for you this night is that you will be a doer and not just a talker in Jesus’ Name.
