Good morning everyone our message this morning is entitled:
No Need To Fear
Psalm 42: 11 (ESV)
Why are you cast down, Oh my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for shall again praise Him, my salvation and my God.
Fear keeps us from becoming who God wants us to be and can be downright crippling, even forcing us to hide who we really are. It’s easy to have faith when everything is going our way. But when the chips are down, it’s human nature to start doubting. We don’t need to be afraid when we are walking with Jesus! With God holding our hands- we cannot fail!
There’s no need to be afraid of what we will look like or what someone else may say. Why lay awake worrying about what others think? Ot only matters what God thinks! We need not compare our lives to others, as we have no idea what their journey is all about. Instead, we should live our lives for Jesus and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to our hearts and guide every our decision.
Pray and ask God to remove all the fear from your life and replace it with faith and trust! And when you are weak and feel like those old fears are trying to creep back in… pray fro strength, claiming Philippians 4: 13 God will give it to you.
