MORNING DEVOTION
TITLE: DO YOU CONSIDER GOD?
READING: “Consider the work of God: for who can make that straight, which he hath made crooked?” Ecclesiastes 7:13 (KJV)
DEVOTION: Considering God enables one to please Him. God is eternal, and every work He does has an eternal perspective. He created heaven and earth and everything therein; He is Omnipresent and continually works in heaven and on earth under His own plan. It is vital to seek His will so that the work you do on earth does not become useless and unrewarded (Hebrews 10:9). The patriarchs such as Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and David left a good legacy, so God recorded their works for posterity.
Avail yourself for God to use you—to do good works on earth and establish a good legacy for generations to learn from. Don’t look at your weaknesses because He is able to turn them around for your good (Exodus 4:11). Focus on God through His Word and your life will be worthwhile.
PRAYER POINT: My wonderful Father, thank You for teaching me to consider You and Your works. Indeed, Your works are eternal, and we cannot change what You made straight. Please lead and guide me to use Your Word in every aspect of my life, thereby leaving a good legacy for posterity in Jesus’ name. Amen!
BLESSED TUESDAY MORNING
