God knows every one of us. He made us. He made our minds; He created us, and our hearts and souls. He knows everything that we worry about. And, He looks at us with love and compassion. He sits with us always, right beside us and protecting us. We don’t have to struggle alone, waiting until we are “good” or in a “place of understanding about God” to pray. We can talk to Him anytime and I believe He wants to hear from us. He loves us and that’s one of the reasons He sacrificed His Only Son to die for us (John 3:16). You don’t have to wait to talk to Him because you can speak to Him right now and before you sleep about whatever you are worrying about.
